The King's School is an independent, British-run organisation established to provide high quality education to the expatriate community of Manila. The school is governed by the Board of Directors of the British Schools Foundation, who delegate the day-to-day operation of the school to the Head Teacher.

The Board and the Head Teacher are responsible for the on-going development of the school with consideration for the interests and ambitions of pupils, parents and staff.

Parents also contribute to the development of the school through the various activities of the Events & Fund Raising Committee.

The King's School Manila is registered with the UK Department of Education, and licensed by the Philippines Ministry of Education.
